Rare Chemistry Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 1401, Eagleton, One Hiranandani Park, G. B. Road, Thane West, Thane – 400607, is the registered owner of the brand name Rare Chemistry and is the owner and operator of the website Rare Chemistry engaged in the marketing of skin care, beauty and personal care goods (“Products”)

By accessing our website as a visitor, or as a person purchasing our Products or using our services, you agree to be governed by the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) along with Shipping and Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy and any amendments and modifications made thereto.
Do not make use of our Website if you do not wish to agree with our Terms and Conditions.

Use of Our Services

• You must be of legal age in your state or province of residence to use our Services or you must have obtained the necessary consent from a legal guardian.
• You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorised purposes, and you must comply with all applicable laws including copyright laws.
• It is prohibited to transmit harmful code such as viruses or malware, through our services.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Sale Contract

Once an Order has been placed by you on our website, you have agreed to purchase the Product from us, you will receive an e-mail from Rare Chemistry with your purchase details, confirming the receipt of your Order which would merely signify an acknowledgment of your order by us and not an acceptance.

The contract for sale for any Product ordered by you will be accepted and concluded by us only when the product is shipped to you and and e-mail of confirmation is sent to you that the Products have been shipped to you .
We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order for any reason whatsoever prior to shipping the product.
The fulfilment of Orders placed on the Website are subject to availability of the Products and adherence to your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel your order as per our Returns and Cancellation policy.

Payments

• Payments can be made by Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or other payment gateways or options made available on the Website.
• You agree and confirm that credit/debit card or other financial details provided by you will be correct and accurate.
• You shall not use any credit/debit card or financial facility that is not lawfully obtained by you.
• You understand that any financial information submitted by you is not stored by the Website.
• Rare Chemistry PVT Ltd shall not be liable for any fraudulent use of credit/debit cards or any other financial facility and the responsibility for this is entirely on you.
• On successfully placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation.
• If your payment is successful but you do not receive Order Confirmation please connect to us on orders@rare-chemistry.com
• Rare Chemistry PVT Ltd shall not be responsible if the payment service provider or bank declines the payment transaction initiated by you.
• Payment/gateway services are provided by third parties and would be subjected to terms and conditions specified by them.
• Rare Chemistry shall not be responsible for payment disruptions caused by network issues, disruption of payment gateway or bank services.Any dispute in this connection will be settled mutually between the customer and the concerned party.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rare Chemistry Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. Please review the following terms and conditions governing our shipping and delivery process:

1. Packaging & Dispatch
   • All products are carefully inspected, securely packaged in cartons, and dispatched through our trusted delivery partners.
   • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details to help you monitor the status of your shipment.
2. Delivery Timelines
   • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
   • Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location, courier service availability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
   • Rare Chemistry Pvt. Ltd. offers free shipping on most orders across India.
   • However, additional delivery charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
   • The applicability and quantum of such charges shall be determined solely at the discretion of Rare Chemistry Pvt. Ltd., based on the delivery location.
4. Delivery Coverage
   • Products are shipped only within India.
   • At present, courier services are not available for certain regions, including some parts of the North-Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
5. Multiple Shipments
   • In cases where an order contains multiple products, delivery may be fulfilled through more than one shipment, depending on availability and logistical considerations.
6. Delivery Partner Communication
   • Our delivery partners may contact you directly if they require assistance in locating your address or coordinating delivery.
7. Right to Amend
   • Rare Chemistry Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise, update, or modify shipping charges, delivery coverage, and timelines at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Return & Replacement Policy

Please Note: Rare Chemistry does not have a Refund Policy. We only have a Return & Replacement policy.

All Product SKUs are allowed to be returned if they meet the return request criteria.

Gift Cards are not eligible for return or replacement.

Window for returning products will be 3 days from receiving the parcel including weekends and holidays. No return requests will be considered post 3 days of receiving parcel.

How does the process work?

• Customers should request Return from the Tracking Widget at the bottom of the Page. Returns will only be process based on below criteria.
• Select the reason for replacement and process your Return Requests.
• Schedule a Pickup for the Product to be Returned.
• Complete the return request by sending the image of the product that you wish to return to info@rare-chemistry.com. Rare Chemistry will review the product and accordingly process the Replacement.
• Add images of the product as specified:
  1. Front & Back image of the product with the name of the product.
  2. Image of the outer packaging and primary packaging along with barcode.
• The replacement will be delivered with 5 – 7 working days post review and approval from the Rare Chemistry Quality Team.

Return Request Criteria:

A return requests will be considered only if,

1. Item is damaged.
2. Customer has received wrong item.
3. Parcel is damaged on arrival.

Modifications to the Services and Prices

• Some products and services may be available exclusively on our website.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it without notice and without liability.
• Product prices are subject to change without notice.
• Adding products to your shopping cart does not guarantee the products being made available at the same price if the order is not placed immediately after placing the product in the shopping cart.

Discounts

• Promo codes cannot be clubbed on an already discounted product(s).

Product Usage

• It is agreed and understood by you that any side effects caused by product(s) purchased by you on the website do not make Rare Chemistry PVT Ltd liable in any manner whatsoever.
• It is your responsibility to carefully read the product descriptions, instructions, and suggested usage and seek the opinion of a specialist if necessary.

The Product pictures are indicative and may differ from the actual product. Packaging might vary from that shown.
We have taken upmost care in presenting the Products as accurately as possible on the website however this is subject to change depending on your monitor, hence the image might not reflect accurately the texture and colour of a product in actual.
