Rare Chemistry Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at HD-173,Zenia, 4th floor,Hiranandani Estate, Thane (W)-400607, Maharashtra,India, is the registered owner of the brand name Rare Chemistry and is the owner and operator of the website Rare Chemistry engaged in the marketing of skin care, beauty and personal care goods (“Products”)

By accessing our website as a visitor, or as a person purchasing our Products or using our services, you agree to be governed by the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) along with Shipping and Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy and any amendments and modifications made thereto.
Do not make use of our Website if you do not wish to agree with our Terms and Conditions.

Sale Contract

Once an Order has been placed by you on our website, you have agreed to purchase the Product from us, you will receive an e-mail from Rare Chemistry with your purchase details, confirming the receipt of your Order which would merely signify an acknowledgment of your order by us and not an acceptance.

The contract for sale for any Product ordered by you will be accepted and concluded by us only when the product is shipped to you and and e-mail of confirmation is sent to you that the Products have been shipped to you .
We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order for any reason whatsoever prior to shipping the product.
The fulfilment of Orders placed on the Website are subject to availability of the Products and adherence to your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel your order as per our Returns and Cancellation policy.

Payments

• Payments can be made by Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or other payment gateways or options made available on the Website.
• You agree and confirm that credit/debit card or other financial details provided by you will be correct and accurate.
• You shall not use any credit/debit card or financial facility that is not lawfully obtained by you.
• You understand that any financial information submitted by you is not stored by the Website.
• Rare Chemistry PVT Ltd shall not be liable for any fraudulent use of credit/debit cards or any other financial facility and the responsibility for this is entirely on you.
• On successfully placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation.
• If your payment is successful but you do not receive Order Confirmation please connect to us on Contact Us.
• Rare Chemistry PVT Ltd shall not be responsible if the payment service provider or bank declines the payment transaction initiated by you.
• Payment/gateway services are provided by third parties and would be subjected to terms and conditions specified by them.
• Rare Chemistry shall not be responsible for payment disruptions caused by network issues, disruption of payment gateway or bank services.Any dispute in this connection will be settled mutually between the customer and the concerned party.

Shipping

• Products will be carefully packaged in cartons, inspected and handed over to our reliable delivery partners and be delivered to you .
• The delivery partners may contact you in case they have trouble locating your address.
• You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped with details on the tracking number.
• Shipping charges will vary as per delivery location.
• Free shipping over purchase of rs1500
• Order with more than one product may be delivered in more than one shipment.
• Products will be shipped only within India.

Returns and Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order, before the products in your order are dispatched.
• This can be done via your account on the website.
• An order will not be cancelled if cancellation is not done within one hour of placing the order.
• Gift Cards are not eligible for cancellations.
• Cancelled prepaid orders will be refunded completely within 7 – 15 working days.
• We do not accept returns.
• Product(s) will be replaced if lost in transit.
• Product(s) will be replaced if the wrong product has been delivered.
• Product(s) will be replaced if it gets damaged in transit.
• Products with altered serial/batch number are not eligible for replacement.
• Products that have been used are not eligible for replacement.

Process for Submitting a Replacement

• Select the reason for replacement.
• Add at least 4 images of the product as specified:
• 1. Front image of the product with the name of the product.
• 2. Back image of the product.
• 3. Image of the outer packaging and primary packaging.
• 4. Image of the barcode.

Modifications to the Services and Prices

• Some products and services may be available exclusively on our website.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it without notice and without liability.
• Product prices are subject to change without notice.
• Adding products to your shopping cart does not guarantee the products being made available at the same price if the order is not placed immediately after placing the product in the shopping cart.

Discounts

• Promo codes cannot be clubbed on an already discounted product(s).
